The Kansas Supreme Court is completely screwed and said legislature you have no right to impede on bodily autonomy, which tried to take the power out of the hands of the legislature. Aka they are legislating from the bench.
Legislature said ok fine, we will specifically enshrine our ability to create laws on this issue in the Constitution. Which is completely messed up as they already have that power.
