If I recall correctly, Virginia did the same thing when it came for Democrats vs Republicans in Younkin vs McAuliffe. The biggest county reported all their votes in making 100%. Then it dropped down to 98% when they realized they weren't winning. This was with over 95% of the votes from the state counted at this point or some number.

Then none of the counties in the state reported a full 100% besides one Republican county. Then it stayed that way till like 2AM.

I'm convinced that Republicans basically said this: "we aren't going 100% so you know the vote count. Younkin won, call it".

I'm of the opinion we are seeing the same pissing match again. The counting is done, they are trying to steal it for the Rinos, but the rest of the counties are not reporting it till they call it for Lake.
