It's hard for me to remember specific guys, but some of the funniest standup (and chair) comedy I've seen is old Carson on YouTube. There was some seriously funny shit in those days, and the best part is I didn't really know this at the time. My parents thought Carson wasn't that funny* so we'd watch the monologue then switch over to MASH reruns (God, one of the worst shows ever, painful, I can't believe we thought it was so good).
Now, granted, I probably wasn't old enough to appreciate what went on on Carson, but now it's like holy cow - and like I say my parents didn't get/appreciate it all.
A couple I do recall -
Pretty much anytime Rodney Dangerfield does a bit (which of course continues into the chair portion)
Drew Carey's first appearance - he got invited to the chairs
OK speaking of Carey - THIS is um slightly over your time limit but is fucking hilarious. Absolutely incredible.
Drew Carey - A Bad Trip at Electric Daisy Carnival - This Is Not Happening
Edit: Oh another fantastic one, but again the whole routine - Norm MacDonald's last standup on Letterman.
(*) Edit 2: Of course Carson wasn't that funny - at his monologue. It was sort of deliberately warm-up act when you think about it. His great skill is twofold - one, sitting back and letting the guests run things and two, interjecting just the right hilarious observations, proddings, jokes etc without taking over or EVER belittling the guests (I think Letterman is great but sometimes he would step over the line with the snideness). Carson was a national treasure that I had no idea about as it turns out.
