What kind of fucking MORON doesn't know SHARPIE MARKERS WILL BLEED THROUGH TO THE OTHER SIDE OF THE BALLOT—WHICH CLEARLY SAYS ANY STRAY MARKS WILL INVALIDATE THE BALLOT
