I just don't get how this Greg Phillips guy is the tip of the spear. i mean... he's doing great things--but why him? Where did he come from and what is the solid evidence of his credibility? Not dooming... just sort of wondering who the hell he is and why he is so prominent.
Q posted a pic of him a long time ago. He's been in the game for a while. Just in the background. 2000 Mules is good enough for me to green light him. And I didn't downdoot you. Legit questions.
Phillips is the former Head of Mississippi Human Services (allegedly resigned amidst claims of mismanagement and improprieties). He was, later, Deputy Commissioner of Texas Health and Human Services (allegations of improprieties there, as well).
He, now, is the CEO and co-founder of CoverMe (formerly AutoGov?), an Alabama Corp., that provides software to Mississippi health care providers.
Engelbrecht is the other co-founder and business partner.
They both are also well known for 2000 Mules and True The Vote.
In my searches, I have found no history of Phillips having any connections to intelligence and or military (as many here postulate). Can you find any?
There is no indication that the guy in the picture is Phillips. Plus, Phillips is in his early 60s right now.
And... I can find no history or connection with Phillips and intelligence and/or military service. Can you?
He was a fundraiser for Gov. Fordice in Mississippi in the 1990s and then Head of Mississippi Human Services and then Texas Deputy Commissioner of Health and Human Services. From there, he ran some software companies related to health provider services. Now, he is affiliated with True The Vote, Engelbrecht and the company that he and Englebrecht co-founded in 2018, CoverMe (an Alabama Corp. that provides software for Mississippi health providers.)

Are you sure that that was Phillips?
In vast searching I have found no connections between Phillips the military and/or intelligence.

I'm just going by speculation that he's the guy in this posting:

If he's special ops you shouldn't find anything. This movie is crazy!
