Part of devolution and continuity of government moves their communication to a different system and specific people.

Whatever Obama and the klan are using, isn't what Trump is using :)

Remember Trump moved certain people into position just before he left office? This could be the reason why they say the USSS text messages (and others) are missing/deleted?
