Closest place I know to send you that avoids any "imperial entanglements" is Amsterdam. But if the BullDog Cafe is still in operation they used to sell what is known as Rick Simpson Oil and is used by medical patients here in the states. CBD is also helpful but depends on the source as some suppliers being better then others.
Also look into fenbendazole some intestinal cancers are affected by it, I've read that the 2000 Mules guy Gregg Philips used it with some success for his problems. Prayer maybe you don't believe in that but he listens and some day he'll show you he did.
Thank you so much, I am a Chrisitan and I DEFINITELY believe God hears and answers prayers. I said to my sister, it has to be a miracle now. He looks the healthiest out of all 6 of us left in the family (there were 9 children) and his appetite is as robust as ever. You would never think anything was wrong.
We, as a family got together and as my sister was over from Spain, went out for a meal, it was just like the old days, joking, laughing and fun. Then this diagnosis. Sigh.... we were hoping the Ivermectin would have done something.
May I recommend the Lion diet? Meat and lots of fat from cows, goats and deer only. Most people can eat a pound of steak once a day, I found 8oz a day was enough. Nothing else. Some think that is radical, because they have bought into the food pyramid, or whatever. But what the damaged gut needs now, is a rest from bacterial and mechanical assaults. Meat heals.
You also don't want any fibre, gluten or oxalates or sucrose and fructose. That is all damaging to the gut.
Coffee can be OK, but most people go to drinking straight, bubbly or hot water. Soda water is an absolute blessing.
Salt to taste, and occasionally a pinch of epsom salts, if you get twitchy or can't sleep.
There is a FB page on the subject. I have read of people turning cancer around on the Lion Diet.

Oh and did I mention salted water? I have that all the time now. Can't get myself a drink from the filter without adding a pinch of salt.
Thank you so much I am going to forward these replies to my brother and if I can help I will.
It's the active ingredient in marijuana...
