We are at 90%, not 100% of votes counted. This is a projected win. The difference is now standing at 19,752 vote difference. However, 10% votes not counted could give plenty of room for cheating. There's as many as 70 to 80 thousand projected votes out there. I'm basing this number from the 79.6% counted vote from Aug. 03 and compared to the current count.
