Did you know if you get two plants..give one microwaved water it will be dead in a week the other plant given ordinary water will live. Microwaves kills all enzymes n food so you get hungry after an hour ..also what you did eat now toxic ...it's no germs and viruses killing us..it's microwaved seed oil junk ready meals and fluoridated water.

I read about microwaves years ago..what I read was microwaves turn food molecules into one degree from plastic. I threw it away.

I microwave my lunch anytime it's leftovers/not a sandwich and am good till dinner. And the plant thing. Oh dear Lord....
It's not bad at all in any sense of the food - microwaves don't magically rip apart proteins/vitamins or whatever. They work my exciting water molecules in the food, heating them hence the surrounding food.
(This is why certain things like bread aren't ideal for microwaving and get soft, you're basically steaming the bread from within.)
So comments like the one above are a mixture of truths, half truths, and disinformation. I don't think the poster is trying to lie. That being said, "Microwaves are convenient, but pretty bad. The bit about giving a plant microwaved water is true. Water that is microwaved has lost its crystalline structure, and is not worthy of ingestion. People who regularly microwave their tea water are nuts! Don't do this. Worse yet: Microwaved popcorn! The worst! Why? As the poster alluded, the oil in that bag of microwave popcorn is a GMO oil, like soy or canola. It is heated in the microwave beyond it's acceptable limit, and becomes a mass of free radicals. Free radicals are toxins, which can hurt cells and contribute to cancer. Never microwave those little bags. NEVER!! As for food enzymes, which are wonderful things to consume, they are only present in foods which have not been heated above 118 degrees F. So, by extension, any cooked food does not have their enzymes intact. This is why you should eat some raw food every day. A salad is LOADED with enzymes. Sauerkraut, one of the best if you eat it raw. You can live without a microwave, but if you just use it to hear up food that is already cooked, I don't think it will kill you.

America is the sickest country in the world and you eat the most microwaved food.
It destroys enzymes ..so why not eat cardboard?

I've used microwaves for decades and am still going strong. And yes I've looked into the ridiculously bogus claims about them (e.g. destroy the food and other nonsense).
So what? You saw claims that say microwaves destroy enzymes in food...how did you research that wasn't true?
