............. the projection is off the charts in this point by point oh noes, they’re closing more of our cheating windows screed. 🤭
For most of the republic’s history, people generally assumed that “prescribed in each state by the legislature thereof” meant that the states write the rules through their normal legislative process. A lawmaker drafts a bill, the legislative body approves it, the governor signs it, and the state courts interpret it. But a new idea that’s come back in vogue among conservative legal theorists, known as the “independent state legislature theory,” or ISL theory, takes a different view of things. Its proponents argue that the language of the Elections Clause should be read hyper-narrowly to mean that “the [state] legislature thereof” has the exclusive power to set election rules...
Sadly, the pinkohaired tards of today will read tbis and assume some Constitutional right is being ripped away from them.
Power has always been and was always intended to be, within the states. Not the Fed lording over them all. And that agreement is as long as the STATE choses to keep it. Not till the Fed decides its not needed.
There comes a point where the federal government is legally obligated to step in, however:
Article IV, Section 4 of the Constitution states:
The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.
What does "a Republican Form of Government" mean?
re·pub·lic | rəˈpəblik | noun
a state in which supreme power is held by the people and their elected representatives, and which has an elected or nominated president rather than a monarch.
Election fraud MEANS that The People are unable to elect their representatives, because fraud over-rides what the voters choose.
For example, the West Coast is naturally conservative (Reagan voted in as CA governor twice, and GOP governor Arnold Schwarzenegger also elected twice, serving from November 17, 2003 – January 3, 2011). Of late, unlimited or even mandated mail-in-voting and other election fraud strategies have over-ridden the will of the people in all three West Coast states. Gavin Newsome, who treats CA worse than Biden treats America, survived a recall vote in 2021 -- almost as credible to me as that Biden "won" the 2020 vote for President. Election fraud prevents even cleaning things up via recall.
Cleaning up the nation's election fraud may be beyond the power of ordinary citizens at this point. I believe we'll need to have the Federal government step in and do its clearly mandated job of assuring that The People actually get to chose who governs them in these states.

The day a Dem reads the Constitution is the day they finally realize they are laughable mental midgets.
