(DP is one of the fastest and most successful riders in MotoGP to never actually win a premier-class championship - 2nd 3 times - primarily due to his extremely small size - riders aren't typically big people to start with and it's an actually extremely physical sport - and injuries. So this quote has always impressed me as he never gave up. He currently is a test rider at KTM.)
