Learning to control our emotions is extremely important. We attract what we resonate with. Find your trigger points and release those beliefs.

Well good luck with that. I have been fasting 2 days a week and actually found it easier than I would have thought. As an example, I might finish supper on Sunday night, then not eat again until mid morning on Tuesday. Fasting is supposed to have a host of positive benefits, including improving brain cognition. I don't know how long I'll keep it up. But so far I have no desire to stop. It might just be a whole new lifestyle. I hope you enjoy the IF as much as I have enjoyed what I'm doing. Also, a type of intermittent fast, I suppose. Lol.
