I've always struggled with my weight, as many in my family have. I like to use IF because I am not a calorie counter. Something I heard a long time ago, and it works really well for me when I stick to it, is not eating after 4pm. I always lose weight fastest when my fasting period is thru the dinner hour.
Interesting. I'll mention that to her if I can persuade her to try IF. thanks.
