Meaning, limiting entry to Costa Rica only to vacationers/travelers whose country of origin do not mandate the covid jab?
If so, that’s brilliant! Though, I could see globalist leaders using it to cripple the Costa Rican economy.
But banning leaders of countries, states and cities that support or enforce the mandates, would be a beautiful slap in their corrupt faces.
I have a compromise.
Mandate it to foreign travelers, and inject it at point of entry.
No exceptions, so when Castreau goes down there he is forced to get injected by someone that won't shoot him up with saline or fake injection entirely.
If he refused to come, then we know why.
