This is why when I had to move away from Texas I counted the days until I could move back. I found a job that would move me back as soon as I could. Even contracting and flying to Texas Mondays and back Fridays wasn't enough. That 6 month wait for my contract to go permanent was hell.

Sad part is, wife wanted to move to Florida to be near our daughter. Florida was ok but I wasn't a fan. It wasn't TX.
