I got the J&J. Least bad of the options I think. Not mRNA.

J&J is still injecting synthetic genetic material into your cells. It just uses a different vector (adenovirus instead of lipid nano particles)

Yes. Sadly the publicized aspects of the J&J shot are no different than Phizer/Moderna (except on the rna delivery method)..... HOWEVER.....I would be encouraged by the fact there was an all out assault on the J&J shot. Perhaps it didn't have some the of the "super secret" extra ingredients?
