Hey, guys! I'm gonna introduce the "Affordable New Car" bill! It will put a 500% tax on all automobile sales, quadruple the price of gasoline and make it illegal to buy a car from anyone but a Licensed Federal Transportation Administrator. That'll make new cars cheap overnight, right?
