Can't confiscate a hard drive and pick and choose what you take from it . If a hard drive (with copies elsewhere) is in evidence, then the ENTIRE hard drive contents are in evidence. The info on this might be what keeps DJT from indictment. Too much compromising info on there against the sitting bunch in DC. Look at how Giuliani was raided, (I assume) to get some of the Hunter/Ukraine info into evidence.
