Great point, that can help with the muscles. Maybe try foods that thin blood as well.
I wonder if we have a way of unclotting blood like for snake bites and such and if it could help against this.

At this point food, sleep and rest are his best bet until hopefully his body can heal back to normal.
The problem is the spike protein, blood clotting, and heart inflammation.
The spike protein and botched immune system will always be a problem but how much of one it'll be right now depends on the number of vaccines.
The immune system is an integral part of healing damage to the body. That is why his top priority should be boosting his own innate immune system. Or, more accurately finding a way to boost his own Tcells.

There might be a way there to reverse the heart issues for vaccine people. That would be a major step and buy some time for the immune system part.
