Tell me how this protects them to go in with a search warrant that requires the inventory for everything taken? This is about getting evidence rhe FBI has already had possession of on the books. Probably into Durham hands. None of it so far was properly entered into evidence.
Nobody can touch trump but the optics that he is the target builds animosity towards the dems so when the info they've been suppressing comes out normies are ready to accept it.
To me this is a highly controlled operation by whitehats. Optics all favor trump, and if the plan calls for trumps arrest (undecided) well then the plan shall be followed. Don't let them drag you around emotionally.
This is a DS op. Trump had insurance that he had declassified before he left. This is probably the trove of declassified docs that we were originally waiting for. There is information there that they desperately wanted to get their hands on. I cannot even imagine what he had his hands on. He had it all.
As far as inventory, with a corrupt DoJ, what does a formality like evidence inventory matter. They cover and hide evidence all the time. These are docs that they wanted to make sure never see the light of day. So they sure as hell would not be put on any inventory list.
According to Barnes, who always seems to be pretty close to legal happenings in the swamp, the safe was empty. I suspect that Trump knew they where coming. Therefore, the FBI's little stunt has left them with bad optics, a really bad precedent, and no goods. They are desperate. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.
Trump has a copy of the inventory too, likely page by page. The doj isn't running this. Just getting the blame. Documents are safe with Durham or huber
All I know as far as handling certain government docs, such as classified or sensitive, there are regulations and laws that impact making copies. People cannot just make copies of marked docs without permission and tracking of those copied docs. Even Trump doesn't have originals of the docs in question, but they are already copies.
The reason for this charade, as given by the Feds, revolves around the issue of whether Trump mishandled classified docs - that would also include unauthorized copies. Kash discussed the fact that Trump did have docs that still had a classified label, but were in fact, declassified. Kash stated that they did not have time to get new docs without the classified tag before he left office. That would mean that Trump could make copies. So, we shall see what washes out. We can speculate all we want, but in the end, we won't know until we know.
About the copies. Correct. If you make a copy it hS to state it is copy 3 of 10 or whatever and has to be marked with fresh classification stamps not the zerox copied one.
But trump can classify or declassified as he see fit.

The spygate docs are declassified and were supposed to be registered and released 19 months ago.
