Look at the bottom part of the ear lobe where it attaches to the face. Hmmm.
He had facial surgery. That was 1 reason he was locked up in basement. They were trying to make him look younger. I believe they use the ear lobes to do a face-lift. If you listen to Joe in old video and listen to him now, you can tell its him. I do believe they give him performance enhancers at time of need
There's more to it than just his earlobes. You're correct about the facial surgery, specifically a facelift. I've seen surgeons remove a good part of the lobe during a facelift, and when healed, it looks like an attached earlobe. I still think it's not the same guy though.
Why would he bother getting surgery? He was going to steal the election either way.

Correct. But people like the drama of ignoring plastic surgery and insisting it's not really Biden in this movie.
I notice hands. Hands never change. Faces do. I saw an old friend once in a store. Hadn't seen her since high school. She was undergoing chemo. I looked at her hands and knew it was her. Good reunion. Biden hands haven't changed.
