I think DRan's point is that With the Q board in place, DJT can take many and any opportunities that arise to shoot out a Q confirmation. Just as he can draw an airQ and any given moment.

Trump has ultimate choice over making his statement. The question is, is he perhaps taking the opportunity and using it in a way that resonates with a Q delta.
