The heavy foliage on the deciduous trees in the background and what I can see of the clothing on the workers suggests to me this video was recorded at the earliest in the early summer, but more likely it was recorded within the past couple weeks.
The trucker lady's short sleeve shirt (see the mirrored text on her right side) and accent which self identifies her as a southerner also suggests a warm weather day. Being a southern woman, it is unlikely she would be wearing short sleeves in the February cold weather.
