If humans really want something built, they'd make it happen in a reasonable amount of time with a reasonable budget. Trump had Wollman Rink redone in a few months for half a million dollars. The Empire State Building was built in less than a year.

I imagine the freemasons could have those things rebuild in just a few months with no union contract to bid on.
