You’re assuming they have any relationship with the concepts ‘truth’ and ‘value’. ‘Value the truth’ is a completely, and I mean completely, unknown idea to them. They do not know what truth is and they do not what it means to value something. They certainly don’t know what it means to value the truth, how to do it, what it feels like to do it, why one should do it.
