Zip tie is odd, but i know there was a time where vermin put plastic bottle in the wheel well and when u drive out of ur parking spot u hear what sounds like u hit something, so when the driver gets out to investigate, the vermin stole ur car right infront of u.

So is ziptie odd yes, but is it possible, yes cause its a mark.
