Even with that, I do believe there are jurisdictional issues. If these crimes took place outside the US, it is not a US matter. If they took place in the US, then they have to be charged by a court that has jurisdiction over the matter. If in a state, then a state court. If crimes involved crossing state lines, then the Federal court system that has jurisdiction over that matter. This is why people like Epstein took his business off on some island where the country can be bought off to look the other way. It makes it all much harder to pin crimes on them.

People like that may be convicted in the courts of public opinion, but trying to haul them into a criminal court that has jurisdiction, is not easy. That is why even with Ghislaine, they went after trafficking charges and things of that nature.
