All joking aside, a friend who worked in construction had a coworker shot in the head with a nail by another worker with a nail gun. Not on purpose. The company put all kinds of safety with nail guns measures into place after that. Can you imagine? "1. Don't aim nail gun at anyone's head. 2. Make sure no one's head is between your nail gun and the board you're nailing. 3. Do not remove your hardhat in the presence of another worker with a nail gun." Okay, I'll stop.
