What program are you REQUIRED to be in, if you have access to nuclear program documents? What security clearance is required as a pre-req for any such person? The FBI was hunting for docs only a person with Q clearance would have. Or were they hunting for evidence of the person(s) in question? 😀 🤣 👀

This would also mean the FBI agents involved in taking or handling any such material or documentation should never had been near it. They do not have clearance.
