I believe the military, Space Force perhaps, has it. Or some COG or combinations of COGs.

It's all where neither the CIA or FBI can get to it, even with a truck load of warrants. If they tried, the military would kill them and nobody would know it happened. GITMO is my theory. The FBI couldn't even land.
