Excerpt from United States Senate document #264:
"It is bad news to learn from our leading authorities that 99 percent of the American people are deficient in these minerals, and that a marked deficiency in any one or more of the important minerals actually results in disease. Any upset of the balance, any considerable lack of one or another element, however microscopic the body requirement may be, and we sicken, suffer, shorten our lives."
PLEASE, PLEASE DON'T FORGET THE BACON!!!
I had 4 strips with 4 eggs...AND NO DAMN BREAD...that is what screws up the lower gut...too many prongs on the wheat molecule. Pioneer wheat DID NOT HAVE ALL THE SHISTA that it has in it today...AND you can thank MONSANTO for that lil' gem...
NOTE: I lost 60lbs on this type of type the early settlers had and I'm still on it for weight reason...IF I want something with wheat...SOURDOUGH BREAD...esp. when toasted with LOTSA BUTTTTTTEERR!!!!! (this gets my mouth to awatering!!!!!!!)
Yes bacon and eggs. Lots of it. Also I watched a video the other day that said that if you freeze your bread, then it lowers the carbohydrate levels. If you toast your bread it does the same thing. But if you freeze it and toast it, you’ve really lowered that glucose crap that you get from bread.
Most modern grains are extremely difficult to digest and create high insulin responses. Wild to think that bacon and eggs are more vilified than bread.
