Pre-Lincoln. He wrote first executive order, 100 in 1 month. Forced income tax to pay for civil war. Civil War bankrupts country. Global cult bankers are handed the slave chains. Federal Reserve installed and exponential corruption/piracy of wealth every year after. This would remove all bureaucratic agencies (all 3-letter included), and solve 99% of our and the world's problems.
