Wife and I did keto about 4 years ago. Both lost 35 pounds. Only thing is, you HAVE to cook. I like you cook, and she likes to clean…perfect combo! Anywho, after about a year and a half of doing it and losing the weight, I’ve pretty much stayed the same by just watching what I eat….and almost no sugar. She has given in to sugar a lot and gained some back, but still eats tons of fruit and vegetables. My only advice is to get the keto shopping list, and simply eat what’s on there. The weight will fall off and you’ll be healthier.
