This is easy without buying the expensive already packaged keto diet food.
Low fat adds more sugar to the product, making it the opposite of keto or Atkins which is basically the same.
Get off of sugary sweets and foods that turn into sugar once it hits the bloodstream. White potatoes and bread. Pasta too. IF... You are eating pasta do not eat the garlic bread with it. Double sugar whammy! IF... you're going to do a good workout don't be afraid of a sandwich with bread. No cookies, candy or cake.
For dessert when I'm losing a few gained pounds...i take a couple squares of 86% dark chocolate, eat it with a few raisins and almonds. The raisins sweeten it up like chocolate covered raisins or peanut M&Ms. Takes care of the chocolate factor and it's good for you.
