Within this vid there are good descriptions of comparisons between the meter, yard, and Egyptian cubit. Sorry I don't have a time stamp. That vid actually gives some very profound inferences about the cubit if a person pays attention :) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DHhgLnIvuAs
Not sure if this is what you're looking for but might help the cause.
The Egyptians standardized the length of the cubit, an interesting early example of standardization. Moses, as a Prince of Egypt sort of, would have grown up with that knowledge, implying that Bible measurements after Moses would likely have been on the Egyptian standard,
The Egyptians used a standard cubit and a royal/sacred cubit. Here is a brief but information packed article. Warning - not a secure website. You can also find some of this information when studying about the Great Pyramid at Giza.
It is about some of the "shortcuts" in mathematics using Base 60 (sexagesimal) numbering system. We still use 60 to count degrees, time, etc. for example.
The pdf is a brief discussion of the Base 60 number system and includes some problem solutions for examples. It is only 7 pages long but assumes a certain basic knowledge of numbering systems and methods of summation (using the capital Greek letter "Sigma"). The Babylonians used a "Rule of Twelve" (5 X 12 = 60) to count using fingers sort of like an abacus to count to twelve, and the other to count the "12's" to get to 60.

The royal cubit and the cubit measure.
I like "Moosehead" at 34 degrees Fahrenheit (see my discussion with "Saline" in this thread)

is that useful?

Thank you ill take a look and all knowledge is useful!
😁🍻
Alexander Thom may have some ideas. He has written a book on the Megalithical yard
If memory serves me well, in that book he also discussed the B. Cubit and the 60 base system.
Thank you ill take a look!
