Yeah we went all out. Can’t do craft fairs without at very least a tax number. That keeps some people from doing the fairs, so most of the vendors at our local fairs are people from out of town that have set up businesses. I have to say the whole business license & tax stuff for Alabama is daunting. It’s confusing, they say ok you need this and that, but they never tell you everything you need to really get started. When you think you have everything to sell your products, they say no you need this other ID or license also. And now with everything going on with the IRS these days, it’s even more daunting, for me anyways.

A site called Design Bundles (and Font Bundles) has tons and tons of great graphic designs by different designers. If you do a monthly subscription (mine is like $7.99 a month) you can get tons of free designs and as you collect points of bought graphics/products (which you get 50 points every month your payment goes through) they have “premium plus” products which you use you points to buy, which they are only 1 point each product, so if you get 50 points each month with your payment, then that’s 50 graphic products you can get each month. And some products have one design but others can have a bunch of designs in one product. They also do $1 deals once in awhile where they put a bunch of products up for a $1 each, and if you have a premium membership they take a percentage off that, so it costs less than a $1. They have vector, png, background, mockups, for cutters, for embroidery... and fonts. You can save products that you like into your “saved” files on the site to go back to if you later decide to purchase them.
