I grew up in Seattle. I always noticed when people pronounced the state name ‘Worsh-Ington’ rather than Wash-Ington. Maybe Dave’s the same….🤓

My folks were from PA and they prounounced it "Worsh" as well. East coast. All our relatives also call it worsh, worsh the dishes, worsh the laundry. Crack a window, draw a bath, turn off the spigot.....lol
