Think about the logistics of this for a minute. Paul didn't know ahead of time he was going to have an accident but 'someone' was concealed in his car already??? Or, he has a passenger, crashes the car and then opens the trunk or wherever and says "here, get in here so no one sees you" before the cops show up??? Exactly how does this work any other way than someone 'small' being concealed from the get go?
