The Torah is the first 5 books. The Talmud is a body of rabbinical commentary. Like the Koran (book) and Hadith (commentary). Some Jews do not accept the Talmud. As I recall that was one of the contentions between the Jews and Samaritans, they didn't accept the Talmud.
