Good point - I forgot about that. Certain countries like to use 1 or even 2 FULL pages for VISAs. China likes that. So does Indonesia. I can't remember S Korea but I think that one was big too. At least most countries use the little ink stamps and can actually stamp near or sometimes on top of other stamps but with the big Asian ones they even use actual full-page stickers.
I did a stretch of 3 or 4 years traveling all over the place and had to get a new passport for precisely that reason. I could've gotten added pages but it expired in less than a year anyway so I just got another one.
