Sure, but this comment goes into detail, as to how it's not just some wire or program to turn off.
These are chips integrated into the car, things that aren't easily removed with preserved functionality to the car, and made that way so you don't try to remove them
I hope a cottage industry grows up around disconnecting cars from the internet.
btw. My car is most of 20 years old.
