For those who think they couldn't possibly ban it, you're wrong. In California they have banned retail locations from carrying Lugol's iodine solution. You can still order it online, at least until the regulators decide to crack down on it, and other forms of iodine are available. I asked at a local holistic pharmacy and spoke with the pharmacist who explained why they can't carry it even though they want to. They also made canine ivermectin, which used to be otc even in supermarkets, only available with a veterinarian's prescription.
If anybody in California can disprove it by buying at retail, feel free to correct me. Obviously we're under arrogant tyrants here in CA, and most states are freer than that.
