I would write a letter back stating something along the lines of “yea that’s right, you better not prosecute. You know damn well I’d have a field day with you” with a hand drawn meme where the first guy is poking the other guy with a stick sayin “come on tyrant, infringe my rights” and the other guy saying “we decided to not prosecute”.

Also, I won’t get mad if anyone steals my idea.
