Consider this: there are over 4,000 federal statutes alone that bolster the Federal Government. I know cases beforehand have argued ignorance doesn't equal innocence HOWEVER if the tax payer funded school systems failed to educate students on federal and local laws, then they FAILED to inform citizens of the laws that require consent of the governed to be enforceable. Otherwise, public education and REQUIRING it is essentially unconstitutional...
Why have a public education system if it's not going to inform. Not informing people they are then being indirectly coerced into breaking the law which is entrapment... Ignorance IS innocence because citizens were not informed of the laws they were supposedly breaking and thus could not consent either way.
There are over 80,000 pages of new law added to the Library of Congress every year. It is unreasonable to expect anyone to know what's in that shit heap of paper, whereas ((THEY)) can't be bothered with reading OR following a simple 17 page, legally binding Contract between the government and the People.
True, it's not a legal defense, but at this point, we are at war with a rogue government. Consent to govern has been revoked. Stand your ground. Be prepared to NOT be taken alive. Avoid court at all cost at this point. Jan 6ers case 'n point. I bet almost all of them being held and tortured in that D.C. gulag right now would have rather just fought it out to the death if they could do it all over.
Throwing off your own chains is a dangerous thing. ((They)) try to kill you for it. Its a given.
Yep. If you have not accepted that you might be Ruby Ridged or Wacoed then... what are you wasting time here for? Sell your guns. Indulged in the system and live your happy little life out...
The Founding Fathers did not sign the Declaration knowing that they would win. They knew FULL WELL that they were probably going to get stomped by Britain. The Revolution was a statement first. They declared independence because it was the right thing to do, live or die.
Again... if you can't resolve that... you're wasting time being here.
Indeed! The other thing I know (or at least think I know) about the Founders, is that if they could have run the Brits out of town with some protest signs and car horns, they prolly would have gone that route. Those kinds of things were not going to get anything meaningful accomplished.
