Edit: appears to have been discovered 2 years ago on reddit.

Edit: look at this weird reviewer, 1st his weird hotdog review on Kiribati. He leaves a lot of reviews in Vancouver, Canada (maybe he lives there). But especially this review at a random electrical substation in Vancouver. "10/10 good substation".
