looking for a good Multivitamin... a few people suggested some to me in a previous thread.
i want something not produced from Big Pharma. Dont trust them or companies like monsanto who are lessening the nutritional value of our food.
thanks in advance
I've been taking supplements for nearly 40 years. Don't take "multivitamins." They are suspect, probably poor ingredients, and unnecessary. "Over-supplementing" is rarely beneficial.
What you need to do is spend time analyzing your diet, perhaps identifying possible deficiencies, and go from there. It may involve seeing a doctor to order some basic labs for you, i.e., D3, B12, etc. If you DO identify some potential problem areas, then select individual or combo supplements to fill in the gaps. If you are diagnosed with a condition that can benefit from specific supplementation, then that is another variable.
If you reach this point and still feel supplementation would be beneficial, then search on the supplement and the specific manufacturer, and plug in "reviews." If you are linked to Amazon, don't read the 5-star reviews, read the 1 and 2-star reviews.
