Regardless of the indiscretions of the targeted population effected by this laboratory engineered virus, the point being missed is, this was created and release on the world by evil psychopaths, hell bent on causing pain and suffering, death and destruction.

When the psychopaths are exterminated, what ever problems remain can be addressed.
