I watched another angle earlier and there are two “firefighters (one with white hat and another pinkish hat) that were acting strangely. They don’t match the others on scene. The one in the white hat stands flat-footed watching the stretcher go by and then sprints to the ambulance to watch it be put in the ambulance. Pink hat follows as well. Neither help but almost seem to be observers. Very bizarre scene but even weirder when you watch the people outside of the focus.
