After discussing the schedule (about halfway through), Howse pulls out a printout of Chapter 8 of Bev Harris book, Black Box Voting: Ballot Tampering In The 21st Century / 2003.

Bev Harris spoke at DEFCON12 on 01 July 2004 along with Rebecca Mercuri where Harris discussed her book, Black Box Voting, and Mercuri discussed the vulnerabilities of the electronic voting equipment mandated by HAVA for use in elections after the 2000 election debacle. Sound quality is not the best, but if you endeavor to persevere it will be well worth your time. (Do not start Part 1 with earphones on!)
