On the other hand... This is a good way to sweep up some of the third-tier willing minions of the DS. I'm going to go out on a limb here and theorize that the WHs still have the ability to track just which little marxists are applying for these digital treason positions. They can track how they're paid, the accounts they're paid from and the higher-tier DS minions and their assets. Just musing here...
